DEDIKASI : Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat is a peer-reviewed journal published by Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi Wilayah III DKI Jakarta. The journal serves as a scientific platform for disseminating the results of community engagement and empowerment activities conducted by academics, practitioners, and higher education institutions. 

The journal focuses on evidence-based community service initiatives that promote social transformation, capacity building, and sustainable development, particularly within urban and peri-urban contexts such as the Jakarta metropolitan area and other regions in Indonesia. Papers published by the journal aim to represent important advances of significance to specialists within each field. The journal seeks to address multidisciplinary contribution, which focuses on the problems in a real-world situation and downstreaming the results of community-based research into a community service format. We attempt to present relevant and emerging scholarship for the innovative contribution to theoretical and practical aspects, including PAR (Participatory Action Research), ABCD (Asset Based Community Development), CBR (Community-Based Research), Service Learning, Community Development, and other methodologies.

DEDIKASI : Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat  publishes articles that clearly describe the problem identification, intervention design, implementation process, outcomes, measurable impact, sustainability strategy, and lessons learned. The journal prioritises community service models that are innovative, replicable, and aligned with national development priorities and Sustainable Development Goals.

The journal aims to strengthen the role of higher education institutions in fulfilling the third pillar of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education through impactful and accountable community engagement initiatives.

All submitted manuscripts must conform to the DEDIKASI : Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat policies as described in the Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement based on the COPE’s Best Practice Guidelines, the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), and the Open Access Scholarly Publishing Association (OASPA) for principles of transparency and best practice for scholarly publications.
